Primary filter media is mainly used for pre-filtration in purification systems. It is the most commonly used and widely used Filter Material in air purification. It mainly removes particles and suspended matter larger than 5μm in the atmosphere. It is economical and practical, has low initial resistance, high dust holding capacity, is flexible, safe, environmentally friendly and easy to use.
It is suitable for general ventilation equipment and heavily polluted air control systems (including various types of spray booth filters, Filter Cotton, ceiling cotton, floor cotton). The materials are produced by various spray booth and paint room consumables suppliers. The filter cotton is made of anti-break PET organic synthetic fiber. The operating temperature range is -10~120℃ and the humidity is ≤80%.
The filter media has high dust holding capacity, low resistance, long service life, and is economical and practical. The filter media is made of composite fibers with different melting points. The fibers are firmly and tightly connected and not easy to fall off. During transportation, the material may be compressed in the packaging, but it will return to its original shape once it is laid flat.
Using multiple layers of gradually increasing density technology, dust can be more effectively retained at different density levels according to particle size.
Lifespan of primary filter: Under rated air volume, it needs to be replaced after 1~2 months of normal use. It should also be replaced when the filter resistance exceeds 200Pa. If the filter can be washed, it can be rinsed with clean water or a solution containing a neutral detergent, and then blown dry with compressed air or air-dried before replacement. It can be washed up to twice, after which a new filter must be used. The filtration efficiency decreases by 15% each time it is washed. If the dust concentration in the environment is high, the service life will be further shortened.
How to use the primary filter cotton: It can be cut according to the size of the air outlet and installed directly. It can also be made into a washable plate, folding, or bag filter. It can also be attached to a net on one side and rolled on a paper tube for use in an automatic winding filter unit.

The operating temperature range is -10~120℃, the humidity is ≤80%, it does not contain silicon, and can resist the influence of chemical solvents, acidic smoke and other chemical substances.
