2. Working Principle and Process

2.1 Working Principle

The mobile extendable spray booth has an overall steel frame structure that can extend and retract. The sliding connection mechanism between frames ensures that the frames move back and forth vertically and parallel along ground rails, driven by a propulsion device, while simultaneously driving the tarpaulin to deploy and retract. When the movable enclosure is retracted and closed, workpieces are moved into the work area. When deployed, operations such as spray painting or grinding can be performed on the workpieces. During non-painting hours, the movable area can be closed, freeing up space for other processes that can work交叉 alternately with painting.

5.  Retract the front enclosure.
6.  Move the workpiece out of the work area.
7.  The freed space can be immediately reused for other production processes.
